       Pain management!  This is goal driven bodywork.  Sports attire is possible.  THE session for chronic dysfunctions, rehabilitation, assessment and discovery.  Designed for maximum long term results.  May be annoying at times, but should not be painful.

Integrated Lomi:

       This is a 90-120 minute session incorporating the flowing, full-body strokes seen in Lomi Lomi massage.  It is the most relaxing bodywork on my menu.  It is not classic Lomi, though minimal draping is still required to allow access for the long, dancing strokes of this style.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage:

       Swelling, Sinus congestion, Digestive issues, Post-op!  This is a clinical rehab session designed to boost the Lymphatic System and to help the body recover.  This work is not painful in itself and can be coupled with Orthopedic techniques like scar work.
       This is the session for surgery recovery.  Can be performed BEFORE and as early as 24 hours after surgery, if doctor permits.

Couples Massage Training:

       Bring a friend!  This is a 90-120 minute session where I work on each person, in turn, while explaining the “How to’s” to the other.  This can be a great valentines or anniversary gift, but can also serve to show how to perform abdomen massage for partners who have themselves, or want to work on their infants with digestive issues.

"Facial-Lymph Drainage"

    This class will show techniques of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and facial massage that you can incorporate into your treatment.  These are the same techniques I use in my clinical massage practice for cosmetic surgery.  You will learn the basic anatomy of the lymphatic system and the specific pathways to move fluid away from tissue in order to get the best results.  You will also learn marketing opportunities to help grow your business using this service.

"Clinical-Lymph Drainage"

    This class will teach how to use Manual Lymphatic Drainage to benefit clients for inflammation, edema, immune system dysfunctions, digestive issues, as well as post op recovery.  You will learn the specific pathways and methods of moving fluid through the body.  As well as how to address scar tissue, signs of lymphatic congestion, contraindications, and marketing opportunities for this technique. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is an excellent modality for any soft tissue therapist, and this class presents the best of the methods that I’ve come across for rehabilitative massage.

    This class will teach orthopedic massage techniques for the neck, shoulders, abdomen, and some general dysfunctions.  You will learn assessment tests for individual Range of Motion (ROM), common dysfunctions, and treatments.  This class is designed to deliver a lot of information and techniques.  Instead of trying to master a hand full of techniques, you will be introduced to the best of my understanding over a broad range of treatments.
